Inter County Teams
The Warwickshire County Teams play in the England Squash Inter County Championship at several age groups. The Matches are played over two weekends during the season, Stage 1 before Christmas and Stage 2 afterwards. Weekends consist of three matches against the opposing three other counties in the respective division usually regionalised. Teams consist of five players playing their opposing rank order number. The top two in the Stage 1 then go forward to the promotion group and the bottom two to the relegation group for the Stage 2 weekend. Teams are organised by the respective captain and players eligible to play for Warwickshire at the commencement of the Stage 1 weekend can play. It is a prerequisite that all players who play in the Inter County Championships are individual members of England Squash.
